Converged Communication Systems appointed to Avaya's Advisory Council

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 9/13/09: Steve Melchiorre of Converged Communication Systems (CCS) has been appointed to serve on the Avaya SMB Business Partner Council. The council meets regularly via monthly webcast, and in person a few times a year in various cities throughout the U.S. Out of approximately 2600 Authorized Avaya Business partners in the U.S., CCS and about 10 other premier Avaya partners were recognized and honored by Avaya to be part of this committee.

As a member of the Avaya SMB Business Partner Council, CCS will be part of an open dialogue with Avaya leadership and other Avaya Business Partners. Council members will advise the Avaya leadership team on business issues facing the channel, give visibility to emerging market trends, co-develop initiatives to drive strategic imperatives like growing market share, deploying new products, and provide input on Avaya initiatives. As a council member, CCS' thoughts and ideas will be expressed directly to Avaya, and will help Avaya design, build, and deliver products and services that mean the most to their customers and their business.
