Estate companies seek easy to use systems with mobility features
allowing real estate agents to more efficiently communication. The
Avaya IP Office solution allows for extension to cellular (mobile
twinning, call forward from voicemail box to cell phone, multiple
phone system site integration, centralized voicemail, property self
service PIN menus and more. Unified communications is a hot
button within this industry which helps increase sales hours and
provides quicker and faster information to potential customers.

119,000 agents in more than 60 countries. Unlimited Northwest
franchise covers the Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Lake Zurich, and Palatine
territories.
“We get hundreds of calls daily from clients who are selling
or looking for real estate. We have about 150 agents covering
a territory that consists of a 50 mile radius from Chciago, and every
single client wants personalized serviced and to reach their agent
immediately. If our customers don’t get the kind of service
they expect, they’re likely to take their business to another
agency. That clearly would affect our revenue,” Christine
Zatz COO.
Unlimited Northwest had three locations operating independently
and wanted a better way to interoperate and communicate with their
agents. They also wanted to reduce expenses associated with
their phone system. Unlimited Northwest spent months reviewing
other manufacturers like Comdial and Samsung and finally chose Avaya
IP IP406.
“Avaya was the best fit for these offices, based on the features
as well as the scalability of the solution,” Zatz explains. The
Avaya solution includes voice mail, desktop telephone management
and easy to use digital display phones. Mobility features were
a huge selling point allowing customers to press one button from
an agents self service voice mail box that bridges the agent on to
the call. The easy to use visual vectoring voicemail pro application
allows for if/then statements to handle customers based on their
responses. “Avaya IP Office not only makes our system
easier to manage – a big time-saver for out IT staff – but
it also helps our mobile sales associates stay in touch with customers,
each other and the home office more easily and cost-effective than
ever-before. This, in turn, enables us to continue to provide
our customers with the excellent service they deserve,” Zatz. “We
are very happy we chose the CCS support team to assist us!”
