Customers are asking more and more about fully managed solutions, as well as fully hosted solutions, for their telecommunication infrastructure. We have a number of different solutions to help with your fully managed telephone system and hosted PBX needs.
A fully managed solution is one that is not managed by your firm, but managed by us. Full service and support, as well as programming services are performed by the CCS Support group for customers that do not have the staff or time to manage and make changes to their system. A fully hosted solution is where some essential parts to the phone system are located at a different location and managed by the firm that hosts it. When you move call processing offsite you lose flexibility and manageability and rely on another provider. For businesses that rent space for a year and then move to another location, our fully hosted solutions makes the process of moving phone systems from place to place much easier.
