Back in 2002, Steve Melchiorre (the current CEO of CCS) and Kevin Rubin (the company's current president and CIO) were working together in telecom and IT sales. Frustrated by the low quality of customer service they observed in the industry, they decided to start their own company, one that put customers first. CCS was originally based in Steve's basement and brought in $116,000 in revenue during its first year.
Since then, the company has grown and thrived due to its leaders' commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service and support, increasing its revenue by an average of 40 percent year-over-year. Today, CCS is a nationwide provider of the highest quality IP telephony solutions and proactive support services for businesses of all sizes.
Over the years, the company has earned many accolades recognizing its achievements in the industry, including Inc. 5000, the Channel Partners 360° award, and the CRN MSP Elite 150. In 2009, Melchiorre was also appointed to represent CCS on the Avaya SMB Business Partner Council.
