Evanston, IL--Chicago-based IP Telephony/Unified Communication provider, Converged Communication Systems (CCS), is giving businesses an opportunity to get communication makeovers. CCS is looking to hear about the communication issues that small and medium-sized businesses suffer from, and then to fix them all.
Converged Communication Systems provides organizations with the communication services they need to succeed. From phone systems to unified messaging, CCS creates custom telecommunication solutions and handles everything from installation and training to maintenance and support. CCS wants to expand their expertise to two lucky businesses and supply them with a brand new Avaya system.
Businesses can enter by sending in a video describing their communication troubles and how a new phone system from Avaya could transform their office. One medium-sized business and one small business will be selected. The medium-sized business winner will receive up to $30,000 in Avaya equipment and services and the small business will receive up to $15,000.

Small businesses must have between 10-50 users and medium-sized businesses must have 51-100. Deadline for submission is July 31, 2014 at midnight. Winners will be notified by August 15, 2014. Installation will be completed by September 30, 2014.
