Avaya Receives NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for Outstanding Customer Service

Avaya received the NorthFace Scoreboard Award on April 2 for exceeding customer expectations for service quality. The award, presented by Omega Management Group Corp., is one the most significant awards a company can receive in the industry.

“The NorthFace ScoreBoard Award recognizes organizations who not only offer exemplary customer service, but who also center their existence on a deep commitment to exceeding customer expectations,” said John Alexander Maraganis, the president and CEO of Omega. “The majority of companies are repeat recipients, which shows that, despite the tough economy, implementing a CEM strategy is a reliable, proven way to achieve business success.”

Omega is an expert in customer experience management strategy, and presents the award every year. Customer satisfaction is measured four times throughout the year, through customer surveys that are based on a 5-point scale. Categories measured include technical support, field services, and customer service and account management. To receive the NorthFace ScoreBoard award, companies must achieve a 4.0 or above out of a possible 5.0. The score is based solely on the survey responses from the company’s customers.

More than 250 projects were judged in 2013, from companies in both the U.S. and abroad. This is the most prestigious award in the industry, and receiving it highlights Avaya’s dedication to providing its customers with premium, high quality service.
