CCS and Avaya Monthly Win: Helping an Insurance Company With Post-Hurricane Call Volume
An established client – a global risk services firm and insurance solutions provider – needed assistance handling calls coming in from claims in Louisiana following Hurricane Ida. Our team made additions to their Avaya IP Office solution allowing them to accommodate the calls.
