Avaya Holdings Corp. reported $738 million in total revenue, an 8 percent year-over-year increase.

Avaya and RingCentral announced the expansion of and addition of new features to ACO, which is now available in 13 countries. New capabilities include a customizable key layout for Avaya J-Series devices, centralized administration of multiple accounts, Salesforce integration, and more.

Avaya announced the introduction of a unified visual design environment for voice, AI and digital applications in Avaya OneCloud CCaaS.
