The CCS team helped a couple of clients enhance their communication capabilities in the past month with Avaya solutions and support.
1. Managed CCS Avaya Telephony for a Global Risk Services Firm
After losing their main telephony resource, this client opted to outsource all management of their Avaya Definity and IP Office environment to the CCS team, in addition to the existing break/fix agreements they already had in place with us.
2. Avaya IP Office Upgrade for a Women’s Healthcare Provider
The client has an outdated release of IP Office and is spending a significant amount per month for service from their current carrier. After reviewing their options (cloud versus staying on-premises) with our advisors, the healthcare provider has decided to remain on-prem, upgrade their IP Office system, and partner with a new voice/data carrier.
