Avaya has appointed Cameron Thomson to serve as group vice president for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. He’s based in the United Kingdom and previously provided CX leadership for Alvaria, formerly Aspect Software. In his new role, Thomson will support local teams as they promote business growth through stellar employee and customer experiences.
