In this month’s Avaya news, the enterprise communication solution supplier has announced a new brand, Avaya OneCloud. Avaya OneCloud: New Branding Architecture Reflects Modern Communication Capabilities
Earlier this month, Avaya announced that it has updated its branding and reorganized its portfolio under the name Avaya OneCloud. This new branding strategy reflects the supplier’s multi-cloud offerings and focus on providing clients across all industries with the tools they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences in an increasingly digital world.
Avaya’s products and services now fall into three categories:
- Avaya OneCloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
- Avaya OneCloud Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
- Avaya OneCloud Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS)
“Avaya OneCloud represents an essential shift aligning to the innovation we’re delivering, now and into the future, at a global scale that is unrivaled,” said Simon Harrison, Avaya SVP and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), according to a press release from the supplier.
