CCS and Avaya monthly wins
The CCS staff assisted Avaya clients in the following ways in the past month.
- The government of a city in Texas with a population of approximately 15,000 was searching for a new Avaya support provider and selected CCS. The city also plans to transition to the cloud with our assistance.
- An Illinois retailer and established CCS client with over 1,500 employees is transitioning their digital models to IP-based models. They purchased 250 Avaya J Series phones from CCS to achieve this.
