CCS and Avaya monthly wins: Avaya Aura upgrade for reliability, remote work functionality
A large retailer and long-time Avaya client worked with the CCS team to explore different paths. After our team conducted a cost evaluation, the client decided to stick with their Avaya Aura platform. CCS is working on upgrading them to the latest release for increased reliability and remote work features such as softphones. We’re also virtualizing their environment and integrating their Xima and Fonolo solutions (for enhanced reporting and dashboarding and queued call-back respectively) into the Aura platform.
