1. “Avaya Announces Certain Preliminary Third Quarter Fiscal 2022 Financial Results”
The enterprise communication solution supplier issued some preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2022. The provider reported estimated revenue of between $575 million and $580 million and adjusted EBITDA of between $50 million and $55 million.
2. “Avaya Reports Selected Additional Preliminary Third Quarter Fiscal 2022 Financial Results and Provides Business Updates”
Avaya issued additional financial results for the third quarter. These preliminary results included revenues of $577 million and OneCloud Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) of approximately $838 million. Note: These figures have not yet been reviewed or audited.
3. “Avaya Appoints Alan Masarek as President and CEO”
Avaya announced the appointment of Alan Masarek as president and CEO as well as a member of Avaya’s Board of Directors, effective August 1, 2022. Masarek previously served as CEO of Vonage Holdings Corp. and director of Chrome & Apps at Google, Inc., following Google’s acquisition of Quickoffice, Inc. Before the purchase, Masarek was co-founder and CEO of Quickoffice.
