CCS and Avaya Monthly Win: Upgrading IP Office for a Real Estate Firm
A real estate brokerage firm in the Chicago area sought our assistance after learning that their previous provider would no longer service their legacy T1s and POTS lines. The CCS team noted that their Avaya IP Office system was out-of-date and didn’t have a PC running. In addition to selling a new PRI and POTS line conversion to the company, we also recommended an upgrade to the latest IP Office release and the purchase of a new PC to help the client achieve peak performance.
