7. Hypertext Markup Language(HTML). HTML is the “language” used to create websites. Sites designed with HTML tags are identified by the language and then “instructed” to create information based on those tags.

In the telecom world specifically, infrastructure refers to the upkeep and tools used to perform daily operations within the tech sector. Encompassing hardware, software, IT staff, and services offered, infrastructure is a critical part of any modern organization.
9. Local Access and Transport Area (LATA). This is a regional area covered by telecom providers. LATA is important to know if your business is setting up in an area that requires telecom services from a specific provider.
10. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Utilizing broadband network data, companies can use their Internet to manage and operate all telecom infrastructure. This allows workers to run chat programs, phone systems, and email all from the same network. Extremely versatile, VoIP is often used over traditional telecom providers.
