Converged Communication Systems, LLC, has achieved the highest level technical certification allowed in the Avaya Communication world. The ACE® or Avaya Certified Expert logo shows a higher level of dedications and expertise to the Avaya product line regarding knowledge, service, and support. CCS went through a rigorous certification process going through including ACA® (Avaya Certified Associates) and ACS® (Avaya Certified Specialist) certification and lab exams.
Why is this important?
When selecting a partner to work with this shows CCS has proven professionals onstaff working on your behalf who know the products. Technician/Tier II: Qualified to implement and maintain a non-complex LAN and switch installation. Duties may include preventative maintenance and assistance with hardware and software problems.
ACS®: Avaya Certified Specialist Criteria:
Professional Services & System Application Specialists: Work to create a customized implementation that will match technology to your business objectives. We are proficient to design, administer, implement, and maintain your voice and data solution.
SO/GSO/Tier III, Sr. System Engineer, Global System Implementer: Also referred to as proficient and membership in Avaya TSO or Avaya Technical Services organization, Avaya GSO or Avaya Global Services organization. CCS is proficient in troubleshooting implementations and performance testing, working with and understanding large converged networks and applications, help with strategies to integrate new technologies to existing customer networks, and assessing existing and infrastructure to maximize performance.
