Converged Communication Systems (CCS) and Avaya are hosting an Avaya IP Office and Server Edition Knowledge Transfer event on Thursday, July 16 from 12 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. at the Avaya Demo Center located at 30 S. Wacker in Chicago. The event consists of two sessions that will inform attendees about the benefits of implementing Avaya's IP Office into their business.
The speakers for CCS include Kevin Rubin, Michael Donis, Jesse Miller and Andy Loria. Matt Furrer will present on behalf of Avaya. The speakers will demonstrate how to integrate Avaya IP Office Server Edition, Avaya Session Border Controller and Avaya IP Office Enhancements into remote and regular work stations. Additionally, attendees will learn how to get the most of their existing IP office systems as well as new features that are available.
"We're very excited to be hosting the IP Office and Server Edition Knowledge Transfer," said Steve Melchiorre, CEO of Converged Communication Systems. "We value our partnership with Avaya and are looking forward to showing the attendees the benefits of IP Office."
The two sessions will take place over a six hour period, and attendees will have access to the demo lounges at the beginning of the day during registration and during the cocktail hour. The first of the sessions will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Attendees will receive lunch and learn about the evolution of IP Office, followed by a basic administrative training for their existing IP Office system.
During the second session, which will be from 3:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., attendees will learn about the new IP Office and Voicemail Pro features, how to set up mobility and remote working solutions and learn the differences between Call Center Reporting and Contact Centers. They will also learn about Avaya Esna and how to incorporate it into business cloud applications such as Salesforce, Google Business and Microsoft Office 365. This will be followed by a question and answer session with cocktails, along with access to the demo lounges.
CCS invites customers who currently have IP Office along with those who are looking to purchase IP Office. The $399 fee will be waived for the first 15 people to register. Those registering can decide if they'd like to attend one session over the other, or choose to stay for both. More information and registration can be found here.
